The
Canby Greenspace Art Park Steering Committee was led by the
Arts Action Alliance of Clackamas County. Arts Action
Alliance’s mentoring program provided cultural resources
and skilled arts guidance based on the Clackamas County
Public Art Policies and Guidelines and in the County Plan
for Arts, Heritage and Humanities. Phase One will develop
the anticipated work. Phase Two will be to review RFP’s,
selecting final proposals in fall of 2007. The installation
process will be ongoing. All art featured in the park will
be permanent installations. The Canby Park & Rec. Department along with Canby City Council will have final
approval in design implementation. |
